The reality was it would have been quicker for many to crawl on all fours as this older crowd had issues getting to the stage without the use of assisted devices, not that there is anything wrong with that indeed. Jerry Springer can stop with the shtick already, although this Atlantic City crowd probably yukked it up. I am not pro or anti JS, but I felt the show would have flowed better with a younger person, with talent and energy. Using his name to sell tickets I understand, but you can upgrade the show's energy and save money on the talent and offer better prizes. The funniest and most annoying part was being prepped before the show on how to act all crazy when your name is called and run up and down the aisles. Both contestants bid on the same showcase, fine, sure, I get it. To win prizes and don't quote me, this is from memory: you had to beat the other person and be under, of course, but only then you win something like $250. If you have to explain the disclaimers on how you can actually win the prizes, then don't bother.
